Exploring nutrition\, movement\, self-lymphatic drainage (SLD) and simple self-care techniques\, giving you realistic tools to help you feel more confident about living well with lipoedema. \n\n\n\nHosted by: \n\n\n\n\nCarol-Ann Barrett is a multi-disciplined practitioner with 30 years experience in numerous complementary therapies. She has worked in lymphoedema and Lipoedema care for the past 26 years and combines her wealth of knowledge and practical skills in aromatherapy\, massage\, manual lymph drainage and reflex lymph drainage to deliver effective holistic and tailored treatments for her patients .\n\n\n\nClaudia Rose is a Nutritional Therapist\, Eating Psychology Coach and Health Coach with over 20 years’ clinical experience. Alongside her private practice\, she is a regular lecturer at the Nutritional Healing Foundation. Claudia has a specialist interest in lipoedema and the role that nutrition and sustainable lifestyle change can play in supporting women manage their symptoms and improve overall health and wellbeing. She has worked closely with Carol-Ann for the past three years\, combining their complementary areas of expertise to provide a more holistic approach to lipoedema care.\n\n\n\nDanielle Barrett is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and lymphoedema practitioner with a special interest in Lipoedema and post surgery lymphatic drainage after Lipoedema reduction surgery. She is also a Pilates instructor and acupuncturist.
