SUMMARY:Hormones\, Lipoedema and weight management
DESCRIPTION:Dr Anjali Zalin is an experienced clinician with a specialist interest in obesity management. She was awarded a 1st class degree and Harvey prize for outstanding academic achievement from Queen Mary and Westfield\, University of London before completing her clinical training at Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Specialist training in Diabetes\, Endocrinology and Medicine was obtained in the North East and North West Thames regions and included quality improvement experience with NIHR CLAHRC Northwest London. She was awarded a PhD by Imperial College London for research focusing on metabolic profiling and stress hyperglycaemia. Dr Zalin currently works as a Bariatric Physician and Clinical Lead for the Luton and Dunstable Tier 3 service and Research Fellow at the University of Bedfordshire. Her clinical and research interests include personalised care\, cross-speciality pathways and digital innovation. Dr Zalin works with the Association for Study of Obesity Partnerships Lead (previous partnership lead and co-opted Trustee) and is an Honorary Lecturer at William Harvey Research Institute\, Queen Mary and Westfield\, University of London.

She has worked in lymphoedema and Lipoedema care for the past 26 years and combines her wealth of knowledge and practical skills in aromatherapy\, massage\, manual lymph drainage and reflex lymph drainage to deliver effective holistic and tailored treatments for her patients .\n\n\n\nClaudia Rose is a Nutritional Therapist\, Eating Psychology Coach and Health Coach with over 20 years’ clinical experience. Alongside her private practice\, she is a regular lecturer at the Nutritional Healing Foundation. Claudia has a specialist interest in lipoedema and the role that nutrition and sustainable lifestyle change can play in supporting women manage their symptoms and improve overall health and wellbeing. She has worked closely with Carol-Ann for the past three years\, combining their complementary areas of expertise to provide a more holistic approach to lipoedema care.\n\n\n\nDanielle Barrett is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and lymphoedema practitioner with a special interest in Lipoedema and post surgery lymphatic drainage after Lipoedema reduction surgery.
