Amy Fetzer is a freelance journalist, author and consultant specialising in sustainability with a particular focus on food and the hospitality and foodservice industry. She is passionate about empowering individuals and businesses to tackle sustainability challenges like sustainable diets, food waste reduction and using psychology and nudges to help people to choose healthier, more sustainable options. She also supports Lipoedema UK in an editorial capacity, and has written multiple journal articles and reports on lipeodema.
