Lipoedema UK Research & Publications

Since the very beginning, Lipoedema UK has undertaken research through surveys as part of our mission to increase understanding of the impact of Lipoedema on patients’ lives and to campaign for change. Our Big Survey published in 2014 had a worldwide impact highlighting the struggle that patients experienced to obtain a diagnosis, and how the symptoms affected their daily lives, career prospects and mental health. Our Big Survey findings are cited in many other research projects on Lipoedema and continue to be relevant today. Below are links to our publications.
