The article details Lipoedema UK member Pai Masendu’s struggle for lipoedema diagnosis and experience of life changing treatment.
Pai endured 35 years of pain and symptoms before her lipoedema diagnosis aged 49.
On 5th March 2025, ITN published an article following our segment in The Future of Dermatology: Spotlight on Skin, created by ITN Business and the British Skin Foundation.
The article helps raise awareness of the topics discussed, particularly the urgent need for research and support for individuals with lipoedema.
